An unexpectedly hard shot by Vance McGurk in the 4th minute of play forced Fenerbahce UK's goalkeeper Jack Fenwick to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jack Fenwick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barry Apsden in the 10th minute of play. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Vance McGurk sped through Fenerbahce UK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jack Fenwick. The Seer Green fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Seer Green's Barry Apsden looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Fenerbahce UK's Jack Fenwick played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vance McGurk in the 36th minute of play. If Barry Apsden had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Fenerbahce UK's zone, Vance McGurk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jack Fenwick came out of the goal and Vance McGurk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Jake Mitchell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Vance McGurk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jack Fenwick having to interfere. In the 58th minute there was a penalty for Seer Green. Jonathan Halliwell stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jack Fenwick. 0-3. With a little luck, Fenerbahce UK's Jack Fenwick got control of the ball when Barry Apsden tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fenerbahce UK's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Vance McGurk 75 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-4. Barry Apsden received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Jack Fenwick tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Frank Wardell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 87 minutes in the game, Barry Apsden fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jack Fenwick having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Simeon Bond in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jack Fenwick prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Seer Green getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Zaq Marriot hit a great ball. 96 minutes into the game, Frank Wardell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fenerbahce UK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Seer Green the free kick. After 97 played minutes Fenerbahce UK got a freekick which was hit by Frank Wardell.
