After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Casey Stone managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lutterworth City's supporters rose to their feet, but Casey Stone was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Seth Jordoan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 84th minute Junior Kent shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Seth Jordoan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ben Warrender fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Coulsdon FC's protests and gave Ben Warrender a yellow card for diving instead. If Daniel Chivers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Coulsdon FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
