Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Justin Cadwallader started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Alec Wray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 6th minute, Felix Faith sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Plymouth FC's Stevie Westwood didn't even have to move. 8 minutes into the game, Rio Rockett recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Stevie Westwood. Rio Rockett showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, Fred Beech had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Simeon Washington. Earle's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fred Beech was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Earle's Rio Rockett slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Stevie Westwood. That made the score 2-1 after 20 minutes of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rio Rockett in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stevie Westwood saved Plymouth FC from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Rio Rockett's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stevie Westwood was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. If Justin Cadwallader had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alec Wray fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stevie Westwood having to interfere. Rio Rockett had several of the Plymouth FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 45 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-1 score and a disappointed Stevie Westwood as he didn't even see the shot coming. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rio Rockett to make the kick off. Simeon Washington made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justin Cadwallader in the 53rd minute of play. Earle's Rio Rockett got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rio Rockett in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stevie Westwood saved Plymouth FC from getting behind. Stevie Westwood stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alec Wray's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Plymouth FC's zone, Rio Rockett stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stevie Westwood came out of the goal and Rio Rockett tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 73 minutes into the match, Plymouth FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alec Wray came free, but Stevie Westwood reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alec Wray scored 4-1 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stevie Westwood, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Earle's Simeon Washington proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Earle from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rio Rockett in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stevie Westwood prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Alec Wray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Plymouth FC booed when Earle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Byron Hallam didn't get a good kick on the ball. Earle's Simeon Washington proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Earle from getting a goal against them. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Earle fully deserved thier win.
