Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Donald Goodwin started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Sean Bateson's late challenge caught a Dymchurch City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sean Bateson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 9th minute, Sean Bateson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dymchurch City's Max Sanderson got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Donald Goodwin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dymchurch City's supporters rose to their feet, but Donald Goodwin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zaq Soares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Martyn Vaughn kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Max Sanderson could shoot a difficult shot in the 29th minute, which Zaq Soares however easily saved by the left post. Donald Goodwin was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 40th minute. Dymchurch City's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 48 minutes into the match, Dymchurch City's Max Sanderson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zaq Soares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sean Bateson to make the kick off. Zaq Soares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Donald Goodwin's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. After 59 minutes, Walter Brazier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Felixstowe and the Dymchurch City players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 59th minute of the game. One of Felixstowe:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Dymchurch City:s goal. The referee gave Dymchurch City a penalty, 61 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mattias Needham, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Felixstowe's Zaq Soares. 1-0. In the 64th minute, Martyn Vaughn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zaq Soares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Max Sanderson in the 68th minute of play. Tom Apsden made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teddy Crowther in the 76th minute of play. 80 minutes into the game, Max Sanderson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Zaq Soares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 83 minutes, Dane Rain managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dymchurch City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dane Rain was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Max Sanderson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Dymchurch City getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. John Earnshaw hit a great ball. If Donald Goodwin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. There was no doubt that Dymchurch City were the better team. Dymchurch City's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
