Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Sid Bartlett made the kick off and thus started the match. Ash Moxon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Winchester getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Jasper Bedford hit a great ball. LUFC22's Ash Moxon got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jack Fletcher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Glenn Edworthy in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ivan May saved Winchester from getting behind. Ivan May made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jack Fletcher in the 12th minute of play. Jack Fletcher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 17 minutes into the match, Winchester's goal looked a bit too open when Ash Moxon came free, but Ivan May reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jasper Bedford hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 24thth minute of the game Ash Moxon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Winchester's Ivan May was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Glenn Edworthy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ivan May made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jack Fletcher in the 32nd minute of play. Jack Fletcher scored 0-3 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ivan May, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 35 minutes into the match, Winchester's goal looked a bit too open when Jack Fletcher came free, but Ivan May reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 48 minutes of play, LUFC22's Ash Moxon made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivan May was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ash Moxon to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th of the match, Ash Moxon tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Ivan May got in the way and made a wonderful save. Jack Fletcher received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Ivan May tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ivan May made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jack Fletcher in the 61st minute. Ash Moxon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Ivan May tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, LUFC22's Garry Blake got a free kick in the 66th minute. Jack Fletcher kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 69thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Winchester's keeper Ivan May was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. In the 72nd minute, Ash Moxon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ivan May didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jack Fletcher went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. 77 minutes into the match, LUFC22's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Shipley came free, but Zackary Gallagher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Glenn Edworthy charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Glenn Edworthy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 77 played minutes LUFC22 got a freekick which was hit by Glenn Edworthy. 83 minutes into the match, Michael Shipley had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zackary Gallagher. LUFC22's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Michael Shipley was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-7. Ivan May didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 86th minute, which inside left pole to 1-8. Ash Moxon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Ivan May managed to avoid a goal in the 92ndth minute, when LUFC22's Jack Fletcher fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ash Moxon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan May having to interfere. LUFC22 played a much better game than Winchester and deserved their victory. The Winchester players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
