Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Mike Lumb started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 10th match minute, Dexter Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rupert Chappell to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th minute, James Furlong sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Dexter Fc's Pete Jones didn't even have to move. Philip Watkinson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ashley Bye having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Coppull FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mike Lumb came free, but Ashley Bye reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Darryl Sykes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Darryl Sykes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Coppull FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Darryl Sykes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pete Jones breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ashley Bye showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mike Lumb, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers David Turner in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pete Jones saved Dexter Fc from getting behind. Darryl Sykes kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Darryl Sykes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pete Jones was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. David Turner took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pete Jones. Pete Jones dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Darryl Sykes in the 42nd minute of play forced Dexter Fc's goalkeeper Pete Jones to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute David Turner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pete Jones saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. David Turner was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Rupert Chappell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dexter Fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Coppull FC the free kick. The supporters of Coppull FC booed when Dexter Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rupert Chappell didn't get a good kick on the ball. David Turner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Coppull FC's Trevor Lock got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 63rd minute, Darryl Sykes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If David Turner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Darryl Sykes took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pete Jones. Pete Jones dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. If Mike Lumb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Coppull FC's Ashley Bye played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Philip Watkinson in the 73rd minute of play. David Turner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Pete Jones tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dexter Fc's Pete Jones played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Turner in the 79th minute of play. In the 81st minute David Turner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pete Jones saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Dexter Fc's Craig Hughes got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Mattias Fairbank hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. If Philip Watkinson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Philip Watkinson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ashley Bye showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mike Lumb, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Ashley Bye came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Dexter Fc's Mike Lumb. But to his dismay, Mike Lumb quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3.
