Louie Hawkins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrew Nowland in the 11th minute of play. Bromley Boys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ash Adcock was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leo Sutherland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Noel Beech, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. pot noodle fc's Will Akins got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Bromley Boys players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. pot noodle fc were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Will Akins made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, pot noodle fc's goal looked a bit too open when Tod Jowsey came free, but Leo Sutherland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 53 minutes, Jo Allott mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the pot noodle fc and the Bromley Boys players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jo Allott hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After 57 minutes of play, Bromley Boys's Tod Jowsey made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leo Sutherland was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ash Adcock charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ash Adcock the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andrew Nowland got free with Louie Hawkins in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 71st minute, Tod Jowsey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 73rd minute Noel Beech shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Sutherland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Tod Jowsey put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Leo Sutherland. The Bromley Boys fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when Bromley Boys's Tod Jowsey looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. When Bromley Boys's Tod Jowsey in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye pot noodle fc's goalie prevented a goal.
