Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dominic Duke's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Quentin Sawyer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. Jools Cardwell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Louis Townson in the 8th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Louis Townson made a precise shot to the right of Jools Cardwell. Bulwell AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 15th minute, Rodney Slator fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Quentin Sawyer, passed just outside the right post. With a little luck, Sidmouth City's Quentin Sawyer got control of the ball when Dominic Duke tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Bulwell AFC booed when Sidmouth City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Darren Delaney didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dominic Duke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Quentin Sawyer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dominic Duke in the 26th minute. Sidmouth City's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Romeo Steed scored to the left of an out of position Quentin Sawyer, making the score, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romeo Steed in the 32nd minute of play forced Sidmouth City's goalkeeper Quentin Sawyer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Sidmouth City's Quentin Sawyer got control of the ball when Dominic Duke tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rodney Slator recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Quentin Sawyer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dominic Duke in the 47th minute.

If Romeo Steed had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 57 minutes into the match, Rodney Slator notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Sidmouth City's Quentin Sawyer. Quentin Sawyer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 63rdth minute of the game Rodney Slator who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sidmouth City's Quentin Sawyer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 63 played minutes Sidmouth City got a freekick which was hit by Tom Malpeli. When Rodney Slator got free in front of the goal in the 64th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Quentin Sawyer was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Dane Webster sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bulwell AFC's Rodney Slator got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Dominic Duke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Bulwell AFC fully deserved thier win.
