Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Iain Steed showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gez Mawson, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Connor Carey took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iain Steed. Iain Steed dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 14th minute, Swanage City's Gez Mawson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. The supporters of Wanlip City booed when Swanage City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tommy Marenghi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Wanlip City's Seth Brumfitt tried to score from far away in the 21st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Seth Brumfitt's late challenge caught a Swanage City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Seth Brumfitt helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Swanage City booed when Wanlip City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Seth Brumfitt didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute, Jon Norton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 30th minute Gez Mawson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iain Steed saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Connor Carey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Iain Steed tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Clive Nancy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Toby Doughty read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Connor Carey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iain Steed having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Clive Nancy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jon Nortons short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Toby Doughty to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jon Norton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Toby Doughty made a huge save. Wanlip City's Clive Nancy got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Swanage City's Gez Mawson in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wanlip City's goalie prevented a goal. 71 minutes into the match, Swanage City's goalkeeper Toby Doughty had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jon Norton. 75 minutes into the game, Zackary Kenworthy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Swanage City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wanlip City the free kick. Zackary Kenworthy kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Wanlip City defense, Gez Mawson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iain Steed. The Wanlip City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iain Steed should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Swanage City getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Jon Norton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toby Doughty having to interfere. If Clive Nancy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Swanage City's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
