Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Martyn Commons got the match started through his kick off. Kev Tonkin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martyn Commons in the 5th minute of play. After having played for 7 minutes, Martyn Commons managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ware AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Martyn Commons was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 13 minutes into the match, Ware AFC's Orson Berry sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kev Tonkin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 16th minute, one of YNWA United:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for YNWA United. Ware AFC's Martyn Commons got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kev Tonkin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Orson Berry's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. If Shane Hoskins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Johnathan Breeden hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. If Shane Hoskins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Shane Hoskins came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the YNWA United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Shane Hoskins couldn't finish the play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Shane Hoskins stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Ware AFC got a freekick which was hit by Johnathan Breeden. In the 55th minute, Keanu Barr sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Ware AFC's Rex Adams didn't even have to move. 56 minutes into the game, Brynn Brennan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ware AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave YNWA United the free kick. After 56 played minutes Ware AFC got a freekick which was hit by Brynn Brennan. Orson Berry came free with the goalkeeper in the 58th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Kev Tonkin could save by the left post. In the 63rd minute, Martyn Commons got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to YNWA United getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Lewis Hart hit a great ball. 70 minutes into the match, YNWA United's Shane Hoskins sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rex Adams narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Shane Hoskins struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Rex Adams didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for YNWA United. Kev Tonkin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martyn Commons in the 77th minute of play. If Martyn Commons had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jeffrey Fielden during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ware AFC booed when YNWA United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeffrey Fielden didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ware AFC's Rex Adams played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shane Hoskins in the 87th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Shane Hoskins managed to get in a good position for a shot. YNWA United's supporters rose to their feet, but Shane Hoskins was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rex Adams breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Brynn Brennan got his second yellow card in the match during the 96th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Brynn Brennan kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
