Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Piers Rathmell made the kick off which started today's match. When Kelvin Willoughby came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Chalfont fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kelvin Willoughby couldn't finish the play. In the 5th minute, Jake Chambers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Russell Ashton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Piers Rathmell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Russell Ashton made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Blair Bartlett sent off a good shot on target. Piers Rathmell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Russell Ashton having to interfere. FC Nevėžis's Piers Rathmell got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 28th minute, Jake Chambers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 31 minutes into the match, Blair Bartlett dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Russell Ashton, 1-0. Blair Bartlett blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Russell Ashton having to make a save. After 43 played minutes Chalfont got a freekick which was hit by Kelvin Hunter. In the 46th minute of the match FC Nevėžis got a corner. Chalfont's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marek Lewington ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Marek Lewington got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Russell Ashton quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kelvin Willoughby to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 60th minute, Marek Lewington sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Chalfont's Russell Ashton didn't even have to move. FC Nevėžis's Blair Bartlett got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Shawn Lister fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alan Kerr having to interfere. If Piers Rathmell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute, Piers Rathmell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 89 minutes into the match, Chalfont's goal looked a bit too open when Piers Rathmell came free, but Russell Ashton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Chalfont's Sacha Blake got a free kick in the 89th minute. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Kelvin Willoughby took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Alan Kerr to make any attempt to save it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Nevėžis fully deserved thier win.
