Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Lennie Charlton got the match started through his kick off. Dave Sunderland kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. In the 4th minute, Lennie Charlton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benjamin Barnfield received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Stew Nash tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Denholme's goalkeeper Stew Nash, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lennie Charlton in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stew Nash saved Denholme from getting behind. Duncan McNiven showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jermaine Yorke, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Will Adamson hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Lennie Charlton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Stew Nash tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benjamin Barnfield's late challenge caught a Denholme's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benjamin Barnfield helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Denholme booed when Chelski FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Barnfield didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the last second Stew Nash throw himself and got hold of the ball when Lennie Charlton in the 20thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Jermaine Yorke blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Duncan McNiven having to make a save. A collision led to Chelski FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Will Adamson hit a great ball. Benjamin Barnfield received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Stew Nash tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Chelski FC's Lennie Charlton sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stew Nash narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Chelski FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Junior Preston hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jake Vassell got free with Stew Nash in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stew Nash made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Benjamin Barnfield sent off a good shot on target. Roger Fields charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roger Fields the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 45 minutes into the game, one of Denholme:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 47 minutes, Chelski FC's Junior Preston got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Stew Nash. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jermaine Yorke to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Chelski FC's Duncan McNiven got control of the ball when Johnnie Jenas tried to sneak it across the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Denholme's goal looked a bit too open when Lennie Charlton came free, but Stew Nash reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chelski FC's Benjamin Barnfield got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stew Nash made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lennie Charlton in the 65th minute of play. In the 66th minute, John Lawson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lennie Charlton struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Stew Nash didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chelski FC. Stew Nash showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Barnfield in the 78th minute of the match. After 79 played minutes Chelski FC got a freekick which was hit by Will Adamson. A hard shot by Stan Knowles from long distance, 80 minutes into the match, got Duncan McNiven's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chelski FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Stan Knowles was slow to take the kick. During this time Denholme's players had a chance to rest. Jermaine Yorke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Duncan McNiven tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 97th match minute, Chelski FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Will Adamson to maneuver through the defense.
