After 11 minutes, Curtis Gayle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Walthamstow City and the Blackwater and Frogmore players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 11th match minute, Walthamstow City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Curtis Gayle to maneuver through the defense. Iain Milton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Bradley Rowe made a huge save. Dale Folan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Phillip Granger, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 21st minute, Fred Smith hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sacha Lawson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hugh Phippard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bradley Rowe having to interfere. Dale Folan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sacha Lawson in the 42nd minute of the match. Dale Folan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Phillip Granger, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute, Hugh Phippard reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bradley Rowe. The goal made the score 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Phillip Granger made a kick off. 70 minutes into the match, Blackwater and Frogmore's goal looked a bit too open when Hugh Phippard came free, but Bradley Rowe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Walthamstow City booed when Blackwater and Frogmore was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ian Snowdon didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute, Louie Basterfield sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Blackwater and Frogmore's Bradley Rowe didn't even have to move. In the 73rd match minute, Blackwater and Frogmore was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fitz Briggs to maneuver through the defense. Hugh Phippard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dale Folan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Phillip Granger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bradley Rowe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iain Milton in the 83rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Hugh Phippard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bradley Rowe was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. In the 93rd match minute, Blackwater and Frogmore was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ian Snowdon to maneuver through the defense. Iain Milton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hugh Phippard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bradley Rowe having to interfere.
