Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Craig McRobbie started the match with the kick off. Damien Sheridan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Harvey Sheene tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Achilles FC's Vic Edwards got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 28 minutes into the game, Damien Sheridan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Harvey Sheene was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Damien Sheridan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vic Edwards received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Zack Kennedy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Craig McRobbie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vic Edwards to make the kick off. Twickenham's Zack Kennedy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vic Edwards in the 54th minute of play. Harvey Sheene showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Craig McRobbie, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 61 minutes into the game, Damien Summers was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Achilles FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Twickenham the free kick. The supporters of Twickenham booed when Achilles FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damien Summers didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 62 played minutes, Twickenham's Stefan Sutcliffe shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Harvey Sheene came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Twickenham reached it. Craig McRobbie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vic Edwards in the 67th minute of play forced Twickenham's goalkeeper Zack Kennedy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bob Mason could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Zack Kennedy made a huge save. 71 minutes into the match, Achilles FC's goal looked a bit too open when Craig McRobbie came free, but Harvey Sheene reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Damien Sheridan sped through Achilles FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Harvey Sheene. After 81 played minutes Twickenham got a freekick which was hit by Denzil Brighton. Zack Kennedy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vic Edwards in the 84th minute of play. Ross Hind hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Harvey Sheene showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Craig McRobbie in the 90th minute of the match. After 92 played minutes Twickenham got a freekick which was hit by Jamal Wray. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Twickenham fans cheered their team off the field, for while Achilles FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
