Stephen Devine didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Slough F C. In the 19thth minute of the game Tristan Theakston who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pirroni-cum-Moze City's Stephen Devine was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sol Boxall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Stephen Devine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Tristan Theakston came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Slough F C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tristan Theakston couldn't finish the play. After 23 played minutes Pirroni-cum-Moze City got a freekick which was hit by Richard Caine. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Neil Devaney in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Phil Tynan saved Slough F C from getting behind. Howard Land hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Phil Tynan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Shawn Bettney's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After having played for 51 minutes, Tristan Theakston managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Slough F C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tristan Theakston was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Shawn Bettney recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 71 minutes of play, Slough F C's Tristan Theakston made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stephen Devine was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 74th minute Neil Devaney shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Phil Tynan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 80 minutes into the game, Shawn Bettney cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Phil Tynan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Pirroni-cum-Moze City's zone, Tristan Theakston stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stephen Devine came out of the goal and Tristan Theakston tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Shawn Bettney received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Phil Tynan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Pirroni-cum-Moze City players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Slough F C.
