After 26 minutes, Jamie Clemence made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Streethouse AFC's Rufus Cornforth tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jamie Clemence in the 30th minute of play forced Streethouse AFC's goalkeeper Rufus Cornforth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rufus Cornforth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jamie Clemence in the 34th minute of play. Paddy Eldridges short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Buster Jump to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Gez Bentley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 46 minutes into the match, Streethouse AFC's Paddy Eldridge sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Buster Jump narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Paddy Eldridge to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Exeter got a freekick which was hit by Todd Gallagher. Rex Sargent fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Buster Jump having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, Exeter's goal looked a bit too open when Paddy Eldridge came free, but Buster Jump reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Streethouse AFC's Rufus Cornforth proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Streethouse AFC from getting a goal against them. 65 minutes into the match, Streethouse AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jerry Owen came free, but Rufus Cornforth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Exeter's Will Barfield got a free kick in the 69th minute. Buster Jump came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Streethouse AFC's Paddy Eldridge. But to his dismay, Paddy Eldridge quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 73rd match minute, Exeter was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Will Barfield to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th minute, Jamie Clemence left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Exeter fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2.
