Rufus Crowther sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Heathrow Airport's Will Hibbert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Weedon in the 8th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rufus Crowther got free with Michael Ramsden in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 12 minutes, Zak Lightfoot mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Heathrow Airport and the Whitechapel players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Heathrow Airport getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Zak Lightfoot hit a great ball. Zak Lightfoot kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Ivan Weedon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bart Spacey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michael Ramsden having to interfere. With a little luck, Whitechapel's Michael Ramsden got control of the ball when Zak Lightfoot tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Whitechapel's Junior Davenport got a free kick in the 28th minute. Michael Ramsden took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bart Spacey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damien Blacksmith kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Ivan Weedon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Whitechapel's Michael Ramsden proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Whitechapel from getting a goal against them. When Heathrow Airport's Bart Spacey in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 53 minutes of play, Heathrow Airport's Bart Spacey made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Michael Ramsden was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Heathrow Airport's Lawrence Hassell got a free kick in the 57th minute. Whitechapel's Michael Ramsden played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rufus Crowther in the 59th minute of play. Damien Blacksmith struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Michael Ramsden didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Heathrow Airport. Ivan Weedon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Whitechapel's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Heathrow Airport had won, even though Whitechapel had held more of the ball.
