Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) When Legion's Gav Burnham in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mr White Fc's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gav Burnham in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ivan Prutton saved Mr White Fc from getting behind. Gav Burnham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Simon Prendergast let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 12th minute shot 1-0 at rihgt post. Gav Burnham had several of the Mr White Fc's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 17 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Ivan Prutton as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 21st match minute, Legion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Keiran Davenport to maneuver through the defense. Simon Prendergast's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ivan Prutton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. If Romeo Piercy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Simon Prendergast who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Ivan Prutton when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 35th minute of the match, Gav Burnham tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ivan Prutton saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Romeo Piercy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without William Edworthy having to interfere. Simon Prendergast fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Prutton having to interfere. Gav Burnham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The wind increased when Gav Burnham made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Mr White Fc getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Blair Bow hit a great ball. After 53 played minutes, Legion's Zane Wiley shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ivan Prutton came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Legion reached it. When Romeo Piercy came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Mr White Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romeo Piercy couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Legion defense, Romeo Piercy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of William Edworthy. The Legion fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that William Edworthy should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Legion booed when Mr White Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leigh Holyfield didn't get a good kick on the ball. William Edworthy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonathon Hill in the 65th minute. Gav Burnham's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ivan Prutton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. After 68 minutes, Leigh Holyfield mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mr White Fc and the Legion players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Simon Prendergast had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathon Hill struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. William Edworthy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mr White Fc. 77 minutes into the match, Mr White Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Gav Burnham came free, but Ivan Prutton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute Simon Prendergast shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Prutton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, Simon Prendergast had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ivan Prutton. Mr White Fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Simon Prendergast was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. In the 80thth minute of the game Simon Prendergast who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mr White Fc's Ivan Prutton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Legion getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Keiran Davenport hit a great ball. Gav Burnham received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Ivan Prutton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Leigh Holyfield hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Simon Prendergast struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Ivan Prutton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Legion. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mr White Fc's goalkeeper Ivan Prutton, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 97 minutes into the match, Mr White Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Prendergast came free, but Ivan Prutton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Legion's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
