Bradley Markham stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thom Falkingham's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Ramsgate United were furious when Lewis Llyod was red carded, 15 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 15th minute of the game. One of Ramsgate United:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Red Star Albion FC:s goal. In the 17th minute there was a penalty for Red Star Albion FC. Tristan Lonsdale stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bradley Markham. 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thom Falkingham in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bradley Markham saved Ramsgate United from getting behind. Ramsgate United's Bradley Markham played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Lonsdale in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Thom Falkingham notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Ramsgate United's Bradley Markham. Bradley Markham was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Ramsgate United booed when Red Star Albion FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Syd Love didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Red Star Albion FC's Thom Falkingham in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Thom Falkingham was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Thom Falkingham notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Ramsgate United's Bradley Markham. Bradley Markham was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pierce Swallow kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Thom Falkingham might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bradley Markham. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Thom Falkingham ran back to his position shaking his head. If Denis Lonsdale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 74th minute, one of Ramsgate United:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ramsgate United. The referee gave Red Star Albion FC a penalty, 76 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Tristan Lonsdale, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ramsgate United's Bradley Markham. 1-6. When Samuel Middleton fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ramsgate United's protests and gave Samuel Middleton a yellow card for diving instead. In the 80th minute, Samuel Middleton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Ramsgate United getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Curtis Booth hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Thom Falkingham put it in 1-7 from a short distance just to the right of Bradley Markham. In the 92nd minute of the match Tristan Lonsdale shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bradley Markham showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Keiran Dalby hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Red Star Albion FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
