Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Franz Beesley made the kick off which started today's match. 4 minutes into the match, Black Universe's goal looked a bit too open when Marty Barber came free, but Derek Atkinson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lenny Halliday received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Ollie Ackland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Radcliffe-on-Trent's Ollie Ackland played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Callum Swain in the 10th minute of play. The supporters of Radcliffe-on-Trent booed when Black Universe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Callum Swain didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lenny Halliday in the 15th minute of play forced Radcliffe-on-Trent's goalkeeper Ollie Ackland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Radcliffe-on-Trent's Ollie Ackland played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norman Burton in the 18th minute of play. Ollie Ackland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franz Beesley, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After some careless play in the Black Universe defense, Philip Lee-Barrett kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Derek Atkinson. The Black Universe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Derek Atkinson should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Marty Barber took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Derek Atkinson to make any attempt to save it. In the 37th minute, Franz Beesley left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Black Universe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marty Barber to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Lenny Halliday dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ollie Ackland, 2-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Alexander Weeks managed to get in a good position for a shot. Black Universe's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexander Weeks was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ollie Ackland breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 57th minute, Lenny Halliday got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 59th minute, Franz Beesley left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Black Universe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. Richie Mahon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 66 minutes of play, Black Universe's Callum Swain made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ollie Ackland was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ollie Ackland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Callum Swain, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Franz Beesley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Callum Swain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ollie Ackland having to interfere. Ollie Ackland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Callum Swain in the 83rd minute of the match. When Franz Beesley came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Black Universe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Franz Beesley couldn't finish the play. Derek Atkinson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marty Barber in the 96th minute of play. The Radcliffe-on-Trent fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Black Universe were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
