Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Doug Armstrong got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute of the match Joshua Fleming shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dane Clist showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 6th minute of the match Louie Booth shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dane Clist showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Dane Clist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Curtis Goodfellow, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Dane Clist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Steven Collingwood, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Doug Armstrong fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norman Bastow having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Curtis Goodfellow during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Norman Bastow was a little too slow when Graeme Rice got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 2-0. Rueben Thornton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 29th minute Steven Collingwood shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dane Clist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Kidderminster's goal looked a bit too open when Rueben Thornton came free, but Dane Clist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Yarm fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 33rd minute. Penalty! Kidderminster's Graeme Rice got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute, Dennis Faulkner got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Curtis Goodfellow to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ethan Leather got free with Dane Clist in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 56 minutes into the match, Kidderminster's Doug Armstrong sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Norman Bastow narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Curtis Goodfellow was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 61 minutes had been played. In the 62nd minute, Curtis Goodfellow hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd match minute, Yarm was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blair Butterfield to maneuver through the defense. Rueben Thornton kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Dennis Faulkner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th minute, Mickey Joynes fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Rueben Thornton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Dane Clist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th minute Doug Armstrong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norman Bastow saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 77 played minutes Yarm got a freekick which was hit by Rueben Thornton. Blair Butterfield charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Blair Butterfield the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Graeme Rice received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Norman Bastow tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Doug Armstrong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Doug Armstrong received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Norman Bastow tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yarm's Norman Bastow played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doug Armstrong in the 98th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Kidderminster players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
