Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Coombe's George Homes started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ed Watson took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kenny Jobling. Kenny Jobling dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 8th minute, Ed Watson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kenny Jobling was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Kenny Jobling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Homes, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 20th minute, Guy Thompson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thom Payne was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Guy Thompson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Thom Payne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, Ricky Fletcher notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Gone With the Win's Kenny Jobling. Kenny Jobling was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Coombe's Thom Payne proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Coombe from getting a goal against them. Guy Thompson charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guy Thompson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Coombe booed when Gone With the Win was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guy Thompson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute of the match Conal Frizzell shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kenny Jobling showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Kenny Jobling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ed Watson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Ralf Wright fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gone With the Win's protests and gave Ralf Wright a yellow card for diving instead. After 41 played minutes Gone With the Win got a freekick which was hit by Ralf Wright. Paul Burgess took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kenny Jobling. Gone With the Win's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 44th minute, Ed Watson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kenny Jobling was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. Kenny Jobling didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ricky Fletcher went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score.

In the 56th minute of the match, George Homes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Kenny Jobling saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 59 minutes into the match, Gone With the Win's goal looked a bit too open when Ed Watson came free, but Kenny Jobling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 61 minutes into the game, Coombe's George Homes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kenny Jobling made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-7. With a little luck, Gone With the Win's Kenny Jobling got control of the ball when Ricky Fletcher tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 67 minutes, Dominik Slator mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gone With the Win and the Coombe players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 67th match minute, Gone With the Win was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dominik Slator to maneuver through the defense. Tommy Alsop charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tommy Alsop the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 70th minute, Tommy Alsop hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71st minute, Ricky Fletcher reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kenny Jobling. The goal made the score 1-8. Kenny Jobling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from George Homes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 84 minutes into the match, Gone With the Win's goal looked a bit too open when Ed Watson came free, but Kenny Jobling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gone With the Win's Kenny Jobling proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Gone With the Win from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Coombe's Ed Watson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kenny Jobling. That made the score 1-10 after 86 minutes of play. 89 minutes into the match, Gone With the Win's goal looked a bit too open when Ed Watson came free, but Kenny Jobling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kenny Jobling came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Coombe's Ricky Fletcher. But to his dismay, Ricky Fletcher quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-11. Ralf Wright was shown his second yellow card after 94 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Coombe booed when Gone With the Win was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ralf Wright didn't get a good kick on the ball. Coombe's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
