Tim Armitstead fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Housham having to interfere. The supporters of Bearsville United booed when Willingale Hotspur F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alf Bartlett didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gus Mulford kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gus Mulford got free with Patrick Housham in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 30 minutes into the match, Robbie Fielden dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Patrick Housham, 1-0. Gus Mulford in the 33rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Patrick Housham, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Patrick Housham took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tim Armitstead, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Willingale Hotspur F.C. booed when Bearsville United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gus Mulford didn't get a good kick on the ball. Willingale Hotspur F.C.'s Patrick Housham proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Willingale Hotspur F.C. from getting a goal against them. Patrick Housham was a little too slow when Gus Mulford got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 2-0. Nick Devine struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Patrick Housham didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bearsville United. Patrick Housham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robbie Fielden in the 46th minute of the match. Patrick Housham made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gus Mulford in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Josh Jordan made the kick off in the second half. Larry Eubank's late challenge caught a Bearsville United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Larry Eubank helped the player get up and apologised. In the 51st minute, Larry Eubank hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Caleb Waterhouse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josh Jordan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 59 minutes into the game, Bearsville United's Gus Mulford nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patrick Housham made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Gus Mulford hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Gus Mulford scored 4-0 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Patrick Housham, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 68th minute, Robbie Fielden made a precise shot to the right of Patrick Housham. Willingale Hotspur F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Gus Mulford blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Patrick Housham having to make a save. Bearsville United's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
