Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Ozzy Falkingham made the kick off and thus started the match. Ernesto Candeloro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camron Rhodes in the 3rd minute of play. In the 4thth minute of the game Şükür Hagi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Junkyard Dogs's Ernesto Candeloro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 6 minutes into the match, Leicester Lions's goalkeeper Grant Blacknell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ozzy Falkingham. 7 minutes into the match, Leicester Lions's Will Patton sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ernesto Candeloro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 15th minute of the game Michal Budzyn made a throw-in which Şükür Hagi played forward. 17 minutes into the match, Junkyard Dogs's goal looked a bit too open when Will Patton came free, but Ernesto Candeloro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute Will Patton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Candeloro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Junkyard Dogs's goal looked a bit too open when Şükür Hagi came free, but Ernesto Candeloro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Will Patton took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ernesto Candeloro. Ernesto Candeloro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Ozzy Falkingham came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Junkyard Dogs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ozzy Falkingham couldn't finish the play. Junkyard Dogs's Ernesto Candeloro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şükür Hagi in the 32nd minute of play. Ernesto Candeloro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Will Patton, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. The Junkyard Dogs fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Junkyard Dogs's Ozzy Falkingham looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Şükür Hagi in the 42nd minute of play forced Junkyard Dogs's goalkeeper Ernesto Candeloro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Şükür Hagi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernesto Candeloro having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Şükür Hagi to make the kick off. Ernesto Candeloro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Will Patton in the 55th minute. After a rather tough play, Leicester Lions's Sebastien Clifford got a free kick in the 64th minute. Leicester Lions made a substitution. Jack Sharp replaced Alexander Cheetham. The supporters of Junkyard Dogs booed when Leicester Lions was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastien Clifford didn't get a good kick on the ball. Grant Blacknell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ozzy Falkingham in the 67th minute of play. Will Lemerond's late challenge caught a Junkyard Dogs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Will Lemerond helped the player get up and apologised. In the 71st match minute, Leicester Lions was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Will Lemerond to maneuver through the defense. After 73 played minutes Leicester Lions got a freekick which was hit by Michal Budzyn. In the 76th minute of the match Camron Rhodes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ernesto Candeloro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Will Patton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Will Patton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ernesto Candeloro was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Ozzy Falkingham kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 91st minute of the match Denzil Howarth shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ernesto Candeloro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Junkyard Dogs getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Sacha Leatherdale hit a great ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
