Guy Hogg went to the cornerflag to take it. When Arrows Academy FC's Marty Simpson in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rickmansworth's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marty Simpson in the 17th minute of play forced Rickmansworth's goalkeeper Barry Foreman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Marty Simpson notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Rickmansworth's Barry Foreman. Barry Foreman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 20 minutes, Marty Simpson made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Rickmansworth's Barry Foreman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Barry Foreman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bryan Barron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bryan Barron in the 25th minute of play forced Rickmansworth's goalkeeper Barry Foreman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marty Simpson took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Barry Foreman. Barry Foreman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Barry Foreman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guy Hogg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felipe Maura hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 31 minutes into the match, Rickmansworth's goal looked a bit too open when Marty Simpson came free, but Barry Foreman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barry Foreman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grzegorz Piechna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ged Nightingale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleiton Neto in the 33rd minute of play. Arrows Academy FC's Ged Nightingale proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Arrows Academy FC from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Rickmansworth's zone, Bryan Barron stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Barry Foreman came out of the goal and Bryan Barron tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Barry Foreman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesús Solano in the 39th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marty Simpson to strike the kick off in the second half. If Cleiton Neto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 52 in the game by Guy Hogg from a close distance when the talented Barry Foreman managed to make a qualified save. Rickmansworth's players were relieved. Ged Nightingale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cleiton Neto, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Denzil Butterfield sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rickmansworth's Barry Foreman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Rickmansworth from getting a goal against them. When Danny Bartlett came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Arrows Academy FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Danny Bartlett couldn't finish the play. Marty Simpson in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Barry Foreman, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Rickmansworth's Barry Foreman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Rickmansworth from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Rickmansworth's Barry Foreman got control of the ball when Marty Simpson tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Arrows Academy FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
