The audience thought a goal was coming when Abdelaziz Rabiâ got free with Dylan El Ouafi in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fowey's Dylan El Ouafi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yacine Kosbi in the 8th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Alston United's goal looked a bit too open when Mouloud Harkouk came free, but Adam Belbey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Hosni Cherrad managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fowey's supporters rose to their feet, but Hosni Cherrad was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adam Belbey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. But to his dismay, Hosni Cherrad quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Abdelaziz Rabiâ fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dylan El Ouafi having to interfere. Adam Belbey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hosni Cherrad, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Adam Belbey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mouloud Harkouk in the 27th minute of the match. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Fowey's Dylan El Ouafi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yacine Kosbi in the 43rd minute of play. Alston United's Adam Belbey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mouloud Harkouk in the 46th minute of play. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The referee felt a red card was in order, 53 minutes into the game, when Ismaïl Gallaire put in a rough tackle. In the 53rd minute, one of Alston United:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Alston United. The referee gave Fowey a penalty, 55 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Aghali El Ouchem, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Alston United's Adam Belbey. 0-2. After a rather tough play, Alston United's Azzedine Derrida got a free kick in the 59th minute. 62 minutes had been played when some careless play by Alston United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aghali El Ouchem was slow to take the kick. During this time Fowey's players had a chance to rest. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Hosni Cherrad advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-3 in the 62nd minute. 69 minutes into the match, Abdelaziz Rabiâ notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Fowey's Dylan El Ouafi. Dylan El Ouafi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Abdelaziz Rabiâ put it in 2-3 from a short distance just to the right of Dylan El Ouafi. Adam Belbey made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Mouloud Harkouk sent off a good shot on target. After 82 played minutes Alston United got a freekick which was hit by Amine Semghoun. After 84 played minutes, Fowey's Aghali El Ouchem shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Adam Belbey came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fowey reached it. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 3-3 when Azzedine Derrida sped through Fowey's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dylan El Ouafi. Labib Cherif struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Dylan El Ouafi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alston United. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Mouloud Harkouk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Adam Belbey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hosni Cherrad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
