One of Lower Stondon FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Wallasey FC:s goal. Lower Stondon FC:s Abbes Matmour showed great skill when he stopped Malik Ben Arfa:s penalty. After a long run with the ball, Malik Ben Arfa did a trick in the 7th minute in front of Lower Stondon FC's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 0-1. An impressive performance by Wallasey FC's Malik Ben Arfa! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmed Reda in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abbes Matmour prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ahmed Reda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmed Reda in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abbes Matmour saved Lower Stondon FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmed Reda in the 17th minute of play forced Lower Stondon FC's goalkeeper Abbes Matmour to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cheikh Belaout might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abbes Matmour. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cheikh Belaout ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmed Reda in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abbes Matmour prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Abbes Matmour showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmed Reda in the 23rd minute of the match. Cheikh Belaout struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Abbes Matmour didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wallasey FC. In the 27th match minute, Wallasey FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdessalem Boukhari to maneuver through the defense. When Lower Stondon FC's Atik Allahoum in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wallasey FC's goalie prevented a goal. Cheikh Belaout received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Abbes Matmour tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Wallasey FC's Ahmed Reda in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lower Stondon FC's goalie prevented a goal. Makhlouf Moussa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atik Allahoum in the 36th minute of play. If Cheikh Belaout had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abbes Matmour made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cheikh Belaout in the 43rd minute of play. Mesbah Kaci kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ahmed Reda was the one to do the kick off. Ahmed Reda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Wallasey FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Hadj Zughba hit a great ball. Abbes Matmour stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmed Reda's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Cheikh Belaout sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Makhlouf Moussa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atik Allahoum in the 67th minute of play. 70 minutes into the game, Hadj Zughba was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wallasey FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lower Stondon FC the free kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmed Reda in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abbes Matmour prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cheikh Belaout received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Abbes Matmour tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Belaid Soumati's late challenge caught a Wallasey FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Belaid Soumati helped the player get up and apologised. Belaid Soumati hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Abbes Matmour made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmed Reda in the 88th minute of play. Abbes Matmour was a little too slow when Cheikh Belaout got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 1-3. Wallasey FC played a much better game than Lower Stondon FC and deserved their victory. The Lower Stondon FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
