Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nordine Slaïmi got the match started through his kick off. Ayoub Guendouz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Great Bookham United's Wahid Chaib slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Abderraouf Larbes. That made the score 1-0 after 20 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ayoub Guendouz got free with Abderraouf Larbes in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ayoub Guendouz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Abderraouf Larbes made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Great Bookham United's zone, Zidan Draï stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Assad Chaouche came out of the goal and Zidan Draï tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nordine Slaïmi in the 37th minute of play forced Great Bookham United's goalkeeper Assad Chaouche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Abderraouf Bentifour fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored New Cross's protests and gave Abderraouf Bentifour a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to New Cross getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Abderraouf Bentifour hit a great ball. In the 45th minute, Zidan Draï got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 46 minutes, Nordine Slaïmi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. New Cross's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nordine Slaïmi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wahid Chaib was the one to do the kick off. Nordine Slaïmi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Assad Chaouche having to interfere. Zidan Draï struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Assad Chaouche didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for New Cross. Zidan Draï fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Assad Chaouche having to interfere. Assad Chaouche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nordine Slaïmi in the 63rd minute of play. Great Bookham United's Assad Chaouche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Khalida Boumabadji in the 66th minute of play. With a little luck, Great Bookham United's Assad Chaouche got control of the ball when Zidan Draï tried to sneak it across the goal line. Abderraouf Larbes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ayoub Guendouz, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 75 minutes into the match, Great Bookham United's goal looked a bit too open when Nordine Slaïmi came free, but Assad Chaouche reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, New Cross's Abderraouf Bentifour got a free kick in the 86th minute. Wahid Chaib recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wahid Chaib kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Great Bookham United's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
