After a defensive mix-up in Christchurch's zone, Camil El Annabi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Islem Mohamed came out of the goal and Camil El Annabi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Islem Mohamed made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fouhad Amara in the 6th minute of play. Fouhad Amara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Islem Mohamed tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Fouhad Amara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Billel Racim hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bendjedid Bilal in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Achraf Megharia saved Hanworth from getting behind. In the 25th minute, Camil El Annabi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 26 minutes in the game, Fouhad Amara fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Islem Mohamed having to interfere. Karim Adjaoud charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karim Adjaoud the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Karim Adjaoud kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Ayachi Ghazi was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 34th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Abdelkrim Ziani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 41 minutes into the match, Hanworth's goal looked a bit too open when Bendjedid Bilal came free, but Achraf Megharia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fouhad Amara in the 43rd minute of play forced Christchurch's goalkeeper Islem Mohamed to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Achraf Megharia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bendjedid Bilal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Hocine Mzali made the kick off in the second half. Hanworth's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Hocine Mzali 51 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-1. Camil El Annabi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Islem Mohamed having to interfere. Camil El Annabi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Islem Mohamed read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hocine Mzali in the 61st minute of play forced Hanworth's goalkeeper Achraf Megharia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Achraf Megharia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bendjedid Bilal in the 63rd minute. If Bendjedid Bilal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Achraf Megharia made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Bendjedid Bilal sent off a good shot on target. A hard shot 69 in the game by Bendjedid Bilal from a close distance when the talented Achraf Megharia managed to make a qualified save. Hanworth's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hocine Mzali in the 74th minute of play forced Hanworth's goalkeeper Achraf Megharia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kendi Bentifour charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kendi Bentifour the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 79th match minute, Hanworth was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kendi Bentifour to maneuver through the defense. Karim Adjaoud was shown his second yellow card after 80 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 82nd minute there was a penalty for Christchurch. Ayachi Ghazi stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Achraf Megharia. 0-2. Achraf Megharia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bendjedid Bilal went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. If Hocine Mzali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Camil El Annabi struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Islem Mohamed didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hanworth. Camil El Annabi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Achraf Megharia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bendjedid Bilal in the 99th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Christchurch eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
