Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Zidan El Ouazzani started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute of the match, Yunes Djura got a very nice opportunity to score, but Khalida Oulhaci was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Yunes Djura came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Abbey Wood fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yunes Djura couldn't finish the play. Nadir Baïri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Menad Feraoun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Aziz El Aychi made a precise shot to the right of Menad Feraoun. Abbey Wood's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Nadir Baïri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Menad Feraoun having to interfere. When Aziz El Aychi fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Denholme AFC's protests and gave Aziz El Aychi a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Abbey Wood booed when Denholme AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aziz El Aychi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ayache Boumabadji's late challenge caught a Denholme AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ayache Boumabadji helped the player get up and apologised. Ayache Boumabadji hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. When Hamid Mohand came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Denholme AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hamid Mohand couldn't finish the play. Nadir Baïri took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Menad Feraoun. Menad Feraoun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Denholme AFC's zone, Zidan El Ouazzani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Khalida Oulhaci came out of the goal and Zidan El Ouazzani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half Denholme AFC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Zidan El Ouazzani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Denholme AFC booed when Abbey Wood was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mounir Reda Madouni didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nadir Baïri got free with Menad Feraoun in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Abderrahmane Fochtali hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice moves Nadir Baïri could shoot a difficult shot in the 72nd minute, which Menad Feraoun however easily saved by the left post. Aziz El Aychi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zidan El Ouazzani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Khalida Oulhaci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, Abbey Wood's goal looked a bit too open when Aziz El Aychi came free, but Menad Feraoun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nadir Baïri in the 83rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Menad Feraoun, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Menad Feraoun came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Denholme AFC's Nadir Baïri. But to his dismay, Nadir Baïri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. When the final whistle sounded Denholme AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Abbey Wood.
