Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Abdelhani Ghazi kicked off to start the match. Ismaïl Lacarne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Mohamed El Karimi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9thth minute of the game Badr Bachtobji who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lichfield's Mohamed El Karimi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mohamed El Karimi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ismaïl Lacarne in the 11th minute. If Abdelhani Ghazi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Badr Bachtobji had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ismaïl Lacarne recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mohammed Chadli hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Haggi Amsallem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdelhani Ghazi, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. When Akmin Debbagh came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Lichfield fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Akmin Debbagh couldn't finish the play. Haggi Amsallem stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abdelhani Ghazi's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. If Ismaïl Lacarne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Gebril Abdelkrim fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lichfield's protests and gave Gebril Abdelkrim a yellow card for diving instead. Gebril Abdelkrim hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Lichfield's zone, Badr Bachtobji stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mohamed El Karimi came out of the goal and Badr Bachtobji tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Badr Bachtobji made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Akmin Debbagh in the 51st minute of play forced Brighton's goalkeeper Haggi Amsallem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ismaïl Lacarne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Badr Bachtobji in the 67th minute of play forced Lichfield's goalkeeper Mohamed El Karimi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mohamed El Karimi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Badr Bachtobji, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 70 minutes, Marwan Meriem managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lichfield's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marwan Meriem was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Abdelhani Ghazi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Haggi Amsallem was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Hadi Souakri hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marwan Meriem got free with Haggi Amsallem in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mohamed El Karimi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ismaïl Lacarne's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Marwan Meriem in the 86thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Haggi Amsallem, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Marwan Meriem managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lichfield's supporters rose to their feet, but Marwan Meriem was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Haggi Amsallem breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hani Kacha's shot from long distance in the 89th minute was not bad at all, but Brighton's Haggi Amsallem knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
