Admer Fechtali dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mouloud Oudjani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Margate were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mouloud Oudjani to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Hornsea's Admer Fechtali got control of the ball when Daho Hemdani tried to sneak it across the goal line. Taha Khaldi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mouloud Oudjani, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The supporters of Hornsea booed when Margate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdul Macias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Taha Khaldi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mouloud Oudjani went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Abdelaziz Radjef recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Margate's goalkeeper Taha Khaldi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 83rdth minute of the game Mouloud Oudjani who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Margate's Taha Khaldi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Daho Hemdani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Admer Fechtali tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Mouloud Oudjani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
