Abdel Bezzaz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 5th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Souad Ziani. Ross on Wye United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 10th minute, Djamil Brahimi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 18th minute, Noureddine Zidane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Ross on Wye United getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Afaghis Dib hit a great ball. Djamil Brahimi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 29 played minutes Djamil Brahimi rounded Ross on Wye United's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mebarek Abbes in the 32nd minute of play forced Whitton's goalkeeper Daniel Boufroura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Otman Metidjis short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Souad Ziani to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 35th match minute, Whitton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berkwan Diss to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Boufroura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mebarek Abbes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Djamil Brahimi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Whitton's supporters rose to their feet, but Djamil Brahimi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Souad Ziani breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daniel Boufroura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dassi Kraouche, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After a rather tough play, Whitton's Berkwan Diss got a free kick in the 44th minute. Daniel Boufroura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mebarek Abbes in the 45th minute of play. In the 47th minute Djamil Brahimi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Souad Ziani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dassi Kraouche to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Whitton's Abdel Bezzaz got a free kick in the 51st minute. Mebarek Abbes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 54 minutes, Otman Metidji managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Whitton's supporters crossed their fingers, but Otman Metidji was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mebarek Abbes scored 1-1 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Daniel Boufroura, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Dassi Kraouche came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Ross on Wye United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dassi Kraouche couldn't finish the play. If Otman Metidji had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 86 minutes, Otman Metidji managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Whitton's supporters crossed their fingers, but Otman Metidji was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dassi Kraouche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Daniel Boufroura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Noureddine Zidane hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match.
