Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Youssef Meskine took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Naïm Baboudji had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mostafa Benichou recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Hertford City's Mesbah Kouici in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Holton-le-Clay United's goalie prevented a goal. Hertford City's Ifthen Zaaf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mostafa Benichou in the 10th minute of play. In the 20th minute of the match Ishak Zidane sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ifthen Zaaf skillfully saved the ball. Mostafa Benichou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Amir Hammou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Hertford City's Bakezda Khodri got a free kick in the 26th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Holton-le-Clay United's Yamine Mammech tried to score from far away in the 27th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Bakezda Khodri charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bakezda Khodri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bakezda Khodri hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Holton-le-Clay United's Yamine Mammech couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 29th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Hertford City. 31 minutes into the match, Mostafa Benichou dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ifthen Zaaf, 1-0. Moussa Zaaf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Youssef Meskine in the 34th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Youssef Meskine ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Moussa Zaaf was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. A collision led to Holton-le-Clay United getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Madjer Nasri hit a great ball. In the 42nd minute of the match Mansour Halouadji sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Moussa Zaaf skillfully saved the ball. Mesbah Kouici sent away a hard shot on goal in the 49th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mostafa Benichou was the one to do the kick off. Ifthen Zaaf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mostafa Benichou, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Youssef Meskine was extremely unlucky when he, in the 57th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After 58 minutes, Madjer Nasri mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Holton-le-Clay United and the Hertford City players grew even worse after the yellow card. Madjer Nasri kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Hertford City's Mesbah Kouici got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 61st minute Youssef Meskine shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moussa Zaaf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mesbah Kouici received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Moussa Zaaf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th match minute, Hertford City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdelhamid Arrache to maneuver through the defense. Hertford City's Ifthen Zaaf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amir Hammou in the 65th minute of play. Youssef Meskine received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Moussa Zaaf came out and tried to block the shot, but Youssef Meskine slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 68th minute. After 71 played minutes Holton-le-Clay United got a freekick which was hit by Abderrahmane Abdelmoumene. Youssef Meskine received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Moussa Zaaf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 76 minutes in the game, Youssef Meskine fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Moussa Zaaf having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Amir Hammou notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Hertford City's Ifthen Zaaf. Ifthen Zaaf was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Madjer Nasri got his second yellow card in the match during the 88th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Madjer Nasri kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, Holton-le-Clay United's goal looked a bit too open when Youssef Meskine came free, but Moussa Zaaf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amir Hammou in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ifthen Zaaf saved Hertford City from getting behind. After having played for 97 minutes, Bakezda Khodri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hertford City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bakezda Khodri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
