Malik Zaoui sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 6th minute Taha Assam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Assad Meskouri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Madani Danedji blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ghiles Messaoudi having to make a save. In the 13th minute, Tiverton City's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Malik Zaoui fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Madani Danedji's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ghiles Messaoudi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Madani Danedji made a kick off. Ghiles Messaoudi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abdelnasser Zerara in the 52nd minute. 54 minutes into the match, Brampton's goalkeeper Ghiles Messaoudi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abdelnasser Zerara. After a defensive mix-up in Brampton's zone, Madani Danedji stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ghiles Messaoudi came out of the goal and Madani Danedji tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Madani Danedji managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tiverton City's supporters rose to their feet, but Madani Danedji was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ghiles Messaoudi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 62nd minute, Abdelnasser Zerara made a precise shot to the right of Ghiles Messaoudi. Brampton's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Taha Assam recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Brampton's Malik Zaoui got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Assad Meskouri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Malik Zaoui in the 71st minute of the match. In the 72nd minute Malik Zaoui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Assad Meskouri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Assad Meskouri didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Malik Zaoui went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Amhaws Abrika's late challenge caught a Brampton's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amhaws Abrika helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 82nd minute of the game. One of Tiverton City:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Brampton:s goal. In the 84th minute there was a penalty for Brampton. Amine Djaout stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Assad Meskouri. 2-1. Amri Hamrouche hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Tiverton City's zone, Malik Zaoui stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Assad Meskouri came out of the goal and Malik Zaoui tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Brampton's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
