Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Curdridge's Said Menad started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Azzouz Hamrouche didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 3rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. The supporters of Brampton booed when Curdridge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aziz Khorci didn't get a good kick on the ball. Taha Assam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Azzouz Hamrouche having to interfere. With his leg Azzouz Hamrouche managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Brampton's Malik Zaoui fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Azzouz Hamrouche stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Taha Assam's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. A hard shot by Mehdi Ben Arfa from long distance, 17 minutes into the match, got Azzouz Hamrouche's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. If Chahid Sami had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Said Menad took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ghiles Messaoudi. Ghiles Messaoudi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 39th minute, Malik Zaoui ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Azzouz Hamrouche was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Taha Assam in the 44th minute of play forced Curdridge's goalkeeper Azzouz Hamrouche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Taha Assam to make the kick off. Ghiles Messaoudi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chahid Sami in the 58th minute. A collision led to Brampton getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Youcef Yahlali hit a great ball. If Taha Assam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Malik Zaoui sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Malik Zaoui managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brampton's supporters rose to their feet, but Malik Zaoui was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Azzouz Hamrouche breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aziz Khorci kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Taha Assam in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Azzouz Hamrouche prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Brampton's Malik Zaoui got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Azzouz Hamrouche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Taha Assam, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Said Menad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Ghiles Messaoudi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chahid Sami struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Ghiles Messaoudi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Curdridge. In the 87thth minute of the game Azhar Saïb who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brampton's Ghiles Messaoudi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ghiles Messaoudi made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Chahid Sami sent off a good shot on target. Brampton were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Curdridge for a fine match.
