Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Yamine Ibrir kicked off to start the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yamine Ibrir in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Redouane El Annabi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Karim Hanoune didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hakim Hamdoud went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Anouar Bendjedid received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Karim Hanoune came out and tried to block the shot, but Anouar Bendjedid slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 9th minute. Redouane El Annabi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yamine Ibrir, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Yamine Ibrir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Redouane El Annabi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Godmanchester FC's zone, Anouar Bendjedid stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karim Hanoune came out of the goal and Anouar Bendjedid tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hakim Hamdoud sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Hornsea City getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Dylan Boukensa hit a great ball. Abbes Zenati fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Redouane El Annabi having to interfere. When Yamine Ibrir came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Godmanchester FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yamine Ibrir couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Godmanchester FC defense, Hakim Hamdoud kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karim Hanoune. The Godmanchester FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karim Hanoune should have stopped the shot. Karim Hanoune made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hakim Hamdoud in the 32nd minute. 38 minutes into the match, Godmanchester FC's Abbes Zenati sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Redouane El Annabi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Karim Hanoune made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Hakim Hamdoud sent off a good shot on target.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anouar Bendjedid to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Hornsea City's goalkeeper Redouane El Annabi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Abbes Zenati succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-1 in the 54th playminute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yamine Ibrir in the 59th minute of play forced Hornsea City's goalkeeper Redouane El Annabi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Godmanchester FC's Hocine Benyamina got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 70th minute Yamine Ibrir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Redouane El Annabi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Godmanchester FC's Yamine Ibrir sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Redouane El Annabi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 76 minutes into the game, Dylan Boukensa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hornsea City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Godmanchester FC the free kick. Dylan Boukensa hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Godmanchester FC's Rayane Abrika tried to score from far away in the 77th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 80th play minute Abbes Zenati came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Redouane El Annabi. 3-2. In the 88th minute, Hornsea City's Nacer-Eddine Zeggar seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Nacer-Eddine Zeggar the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Hornsea City protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Nacer-Eddine Zeggar had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 88 minutes into the game, one of Hornsea City:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abbes Zenati got free with Redouane El Annabi in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Godmanchester FC booed when Hornsea City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aylan Toumi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute Yamine Ibrir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Redouane El Annabi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Godmanchester FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Hornsea City.
