Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Yamine Ibrir started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rotherham's goalkeeper Youssef Deghmani, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Rotherham's Lammouri Moussaoui got a free kick in the 6th minute. Ahaszzi Yenicheri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karim Hanoune having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Godmanchester FC's goalkeeper Karim Hanoune had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ahaszzi Yenicheri. Godmanchester FC's Karim Hanoune proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Godmanchester FC from getting a goal against them. Karim Hanoune showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kateb Toumi in the 26th minute of the match. Karim Hanoune made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kateb Toumi in the 27th minute of play. Karim Hanoune came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Rotherham's Kateb Toumi. But to his dismay, Kateb Toumi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Yamine Ibrir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rotherham's Youssef Deghmani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehdi Salah in the 45th minute of play. Karim Hanoune showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kateb Toumi in the 46th minute of the match.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kateb Toumi made a kick off. Madjer Assad charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Madjer Assad the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rayane Abrika, 56 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Kateb Toumi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Karim Hanoune tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahaszzi Yenicheri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abbes Zenati succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 72nd playminute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yamine Ibrir in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Youssef Deghmani saved Rotherham from getting behind. Abbes Zenati fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Youssef Deghmani having to interfere. Ahaszzi Yenicheri took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karim Hanoune. Karim Hanoune dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Rotherham fans cheered their team off the field, for while Godmanchester FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
