With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lamine Fergani in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yazid Medjiba saved Atherstone FC from getting behind. When Daoud Adjani fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atherstone FC's protests and gave Daoud Adjani a yellow card for diving instead. 32 minutes into the game, one of Atherstone FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Balwa Metidji's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yazid Medjiba read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Lamine Apap's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 41stth minute, Abdelaziz Choaïb skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 70 played minutes Balwa Metidji rounded Atherstone FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. Yazid Medjiba made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Lamine Fergani sent off a good shot on target. 84 minutes into the match, North Baddesley's goal looked a bit too open when Lamine Apap came free, but Abdelaziz Choaïb reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lamine Apap fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdelaziz Choaïb having to interfere. After 92 minutes, Samir Saâdani mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the North Baddesley and the Atherstone FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, North Baddesley's Samir Saâdani got a free kick in the 93rd minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched North Baddesley eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
