Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ahmis Hamdoud started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The supporters of Atherstone FC booed when Paignton AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Madani Bedroni didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atherstone FC's Daoud Adjani couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 6th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Paignton AFC. Ahmis Hamdoud might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sofiane Deriassa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ahmis Hamdoud ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 8th play minute Lamine Apap came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Sofiane Deriassa. 1-0. Paignton AFC's Boussad Berradja got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmis Hamdoud in the 19th minute of play forced Paignton AFC's goalkeeper Sofiane Deriassa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Atherstone FC's zone, Boussad Berradja stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yazid Medjiba came out of the goal and Boussad Berradja tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 22nd minute, Tayeb Bey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Paignton AFC's Baheyyi Zenati in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Atherstone FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 26th minute, Anis Otman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute of the match Azhar Harkat shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yazid Medjiba showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 34th minute, Lamine Apap got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Baheyyi Zenati received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Yazid Medjiba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Issan Dahleb's late challenge caught a Atherstone FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Issan Dahleb helped the player get up and apologised. Issan Dahleb was shown his second yellow card after 53 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Paignton AFC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Issan Dahleb hit a great ball. Daoud Adjani, 54 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Boussad Berradja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Atherstone FC defense, Boussad Berradja kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yazid Medjiba. The Atherstone FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yazid Medjiba should have stopped the shot. 63 minutes into the match, Boussad Berradja had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yazid Medjiba. Atherstone FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Boussad Berradja was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Soltani Zeghni kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Khelifa Béchar shot from long distance in the 76th minute, but Yazid Medjiba was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Lamine Apap sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Boussad Berradja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In a very dangerous position, a player in Atherstone FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 92nd minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Yazid Medjiba, was totally fooled by Paignton AFC's Azhar Harkat, who 94 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 98 minutes into the match, Paignton AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Lamine Apap came free, but Sofiane Deriassa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paignton AFC played a much better game than Atherstone FC and deserved their victory. The Atherstone FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
