Benamar Kahouadji's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ibrahim Moussaoui read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Bassi Abid hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the match, Reigate AFC's goalkeeper Ibrahim Moussaoui had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benamar Kahouadji. Benamar Kahouadji struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Ibrahim Moussaoui didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Latchingdon FC. In the 21st minute Cheikh Abdessalam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tayeb Sifi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ayache Ioualalen's late challenge caught a Latchingdon FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ayache Ioualalen helped the player get up and apologised. Ayache Ioualalen hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After having played for 30 minutes, Benamar Kahouadji managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Latchingdon FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benamar Kahouadji was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Latchingdon FC booed when Reigate AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ayache Ioualalen didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Cheikh Abdessalam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tayeb Sifi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cheikh Abdessalam, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. 48 minutes into the game, Benamar Kahouadji cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Ibrahim Moussaoui was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rayane Cavalli stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Benamar Kahouadji's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ibrahim Moussaoui was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. In the 75thth minute of the game Benamar Kahouadji who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Reigate AFC's Ibrahim Moussaoui was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
