Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ibrahim Apap took the kick off in the first half of the match. With an all-out effort, Oulton Broad's Abderrachid Guessoum threw himself towards the right post 5 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Abdelnasser Cohen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Mohamed Lacarne took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nacer Belaout, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Oulton Broad booed when Hayle City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ibrahim Apap didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abdelnasser Cohen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abdelaziz Kerrouche in the 12thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Abderrachid Guessoum, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Hayle City getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Ibrahim Apap hit a great ball. Abdelaziz Kerrouche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abderrachid Guessoum having to interfere. Fateh Ouenjelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abderrachid Guessoum having to interfere. Abdelnasser Cohen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Abderrachid Guessoum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abdelnasser Cohen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Abdelaziz Kerrouche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nacer Belaout's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mohamed Lacarne read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. If Abdelaziz Kerrouche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abdelnasser Cohen struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Abderrachid Guessoum didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oulton Broad. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Abdelnasser Cohen made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Hayle City defense, Abdelaziz Kerrouche kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abderrachid Guessoum. The Hayle City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abderrachid Guessoum should have stopped the shot. Hicham Ziani kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Hayle City's goal looked a bit too open when Abdelaziz Kerrouche came free, but Abderrachid Guessoum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th play minute Nacer Belaout came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mohamed Lacarne. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdelnasser Cohen in the 74th minute of play forced Hayle City's goalkeeper Abderrachid Guessoum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abdelaziz Kerrouche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abderrachid Guessoum having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Hayle City's zone, Abdelnasser Cohen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abderrachid Guessoum came out of the goal and Abdelnasser Cohen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 83rd match minute, Hayle City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Madjer Cherif to maneuver through the defense. Mohamed Lacarne showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ibrahim Apap in the 91st minute of the match. Nacer Belaout received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Mohamed Lacarne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
