Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ziane Zeggaï started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 2nd minute, Abdeldjalil Drari hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Rayan Tannoudji had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 11th play minutes Rayan Tannoudji shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Nourredine Djazouli and just under the crossbar into goal. Southport's Malek Ziani got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Chaker Djamel kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Nourredine Djazouli came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Southport's Malek Ziani. But to his dismay, Malek Ziani quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. When Southport's Rayan Tannoudji in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Herne Hill United's goalie prevented a goal. Sammy Gaouaoui hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. 41 minutes into the match, Rayan Tannoudji had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nourredine Djazouli. Herne Hill United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rayan Tannoudji was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. If Ziane Zeggaï had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Rayan Tannoudji made the kick off in the second half. Malek Ziani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nourredine Djazouli having to interfere. Southport's Ammar El Moubarek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kylian Kraouche in the 70th minute of play. Kylian Kraouche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ammar El Moubarek having to interfere. The supporters of Herne Hill United booed when Southport was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismaïl Allahoum didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76thth minute of the game Ziane Zeggaï who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Southport's Ammar El Moubarek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Chaker Djamel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ziane Zeggaï in the 81st minute of play forced Southport's goalkeeper Ammar El Moubarek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sammy Gaouaoui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Nourredine Djazouli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kylian Kraouche in the 92nd minute of play forced Southport's goalkeeper Ammar El Moubarek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ammar El Moubarek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ziane Zeggaï went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Southport's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
