Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Antar Benattia started the match with the kick off. Abdelaziz Saïd kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Stéphane Belfaa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Assim Souakri in the 9th minute of play. When Erith's Assim Souakri in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Teignmouth's goalie prevented a goal. Teignmouth's Abdelaziz Saïd got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Assim Souakri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stéphane Belfaa having to interfere. Erith's Abdulhamid Saïdi-Sief proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Erith from getting a goal against them. After 20 played minutes Erith got a freekick which was hit by Safy Madjer. In the 23rd minute Hafid Zidane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stéphane Belfaa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Teignmouth's Chabane Mami got a free kick in the 29th minute. Assim Souakri blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stéphane Belfaa having to make a save. In the 32nd match minute, Teignmouth was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hikmet Abrika to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 40 minutes, Abdelaziz Saïd managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Teignmouth's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abdelaziz Saïd was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Safy Madjer struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Stéphane Belfaa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Erith. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abdelaziz Saïd to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Nacim Sennaoui managed to get in a good position for a shot. Erith's supporters rose to their feet, but Nacim Sennaoui was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stéphane Belfaa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Abdelaziz Saïd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Abdulhamid Saïdi-Sief tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hikmet Abrika took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abdulhamid Saïdi-Sief. Abdulhamid Saïdi-Sief dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Abdulhamid Saïdi-Sief tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teignmouth's Hikmet Abrika got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Erith's Abdulhamid Saïdi-Sief played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdelaziz Saïd in the 96th minute of play. Teignmouth's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
