Abdelaziz Baali's late challenge caught a Oxford's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abdelaziz Baali helped the player get up and apologised. In the 9th match minute, Spilsby FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdelaziz Baali to maneuver through the defense. Mourad Kerrache showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maamar Achiu in the 12th minute of the match. Azzad Ramdane took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bachir Chebli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, Oxford's goal looked a bit too open when Belkacem Korteby came free, but Mourad Kerrache reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Spilsby FC's Abdelaziz Baali got a free kick in the 20th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Bachir Chebli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oxford's supporters rose to their feet, but Bachir Chebli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Azzad Ramdane breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 32 minutes into the match, Belkacem Korteby notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Oxford's Mourad Kerrache. Mourad Kerrache was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bachir Chebli might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Azzad Ramdane. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bachir Chebli ran back to his position shaking his head. The Oxford players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Spilsby FC were winning 0-1.

Azzad Ramdane came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Oxford's Bachir Chebli. But to his dismay, Bachir Chebli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. A collision led to Oxford getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Said Abdelkrim hit a great ball. 72 minutes into the match, Spilsby FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hatim Madjer came free, but Azzad Ramdane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 74 minutes of play, Oxford's Bachir Chebli made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Azzad Ramdane was left in no man's land by his defense there! Azzad Ramdane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bachir Chebli in the 78th minute of play. If Hatim Madjer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Belkacem Korteby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Belkacem Korteby received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mourad Kerrache came out and tried to block the shot, but Belkacem Korteby slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 88th minute. In the 99th minute, Maamar Achiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
