A collision led to Spilsby FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Adan Seghiri hit a great ball. 11 minutes into the match, Spilsby FC's goalkeeper Azzad Ramdane had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Toufik Djebbour. After 13 played minutes Kendal United got a freekick which was hit by Anouar Adjaoud. In the 18th minute Ghani Bahari shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Azzad Ramdane saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ghani Bahari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ghani Bahari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Lazhar Boulebda fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kendal United's protests and gave Lazhar Boulebda a yellow card for diving instead. In the 31st minute, one of Kendal United:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Kendal United. If Toufik Djebbour had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute, Maamar Achiu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Miloud Abrika was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The Kendal United players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Spilsby FC were winning 0-2.

After 55 minutes of play, Kendal United's Anouar Adjaoud made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Azzad Ramdane was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 58th minute, Brahim Saïdani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Spilsby FC's Belkacem Korteby got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Djamel Soltani charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Djamel Soltani the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 63 played minutes Kendal United got a freekick which was hit by Djamel Soltani. Spilsby FC's Maamar Achiu got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Maamar Achiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maamar Achiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miloud Abrika having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Rafik Bensaïd hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute, Kendal United's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Maamar Achiu fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Azzad Ramdane showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toufik Djebbour in the 93rd minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Spilsby FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
