Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bassi Bentaala started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Ormskirk's goal looked a bit too open when Bassi Bentaala came free, but Raïd Aboulker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fouad Djamel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raïd Aboulker made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Adal Taha sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Stanley defense, Mouloud Mazouni kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Faouzi Dahleb. The Stanley fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Faouzi Dahleb should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fouad Djamel in the 26th minute of play forced Stanley's goalkeeper Faouzi Dahleb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the game, Fouad Djamel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Faouzi Dahleb was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 40th minute, Mouloud Mazouni ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Faouzi Dahleb was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Fouad Djamel made the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 53 minutes, Faouzi Dahleb successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After some careless play in the Stanley defense, Mouloud Mazouni kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Faouzi Dahleb. The Stanley fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Faouzi Dahleb should have stopped the shot. Amayas Medjani struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Raïd Aboulker didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stanley. Raïd Aboulker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bassi Bentaala in the 70th minute of the match. In the 78th minute Adal Taha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raïd Aboulker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Ormskirk getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Abdelhamid Bella hit a great ball. Raïd Aboulker stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adal Taha's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Mouloud Mazouni's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 86thth minute, Faouzi Dahleb skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 89th match minute, Ormskirk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Naoufel Zemmam to maneuver through the defense. Adal Taha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Raïd Aboulker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Mouloud Mazouni got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Ormskirk eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
