Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ibrahim Rabiâ made the kick off which started today's match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rabah Morceli got free with Lunis Nekkar in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lunis Nekkar made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Rabah Morceli sent off a good shot on target. When Lindfield United's Rafik Nasri in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Birkenhead FC's goalie prevented a goal. Rafik Nasri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Lunis Nekkar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ibrahim Rabiâ sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 21 played minutes Lindfield United got a freekick which was hit by Lamine Belloumi. 23 minutes into the game, Ibrahim Rabiâ cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Aylan Bouzid was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Lindfield United's zone, Aggur Benbrahim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aylan Bouzid came out of the goal and Aggur Benbrahim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mounaim Meniri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Aylan Bouzid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mounaim Meniri charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mounaim Meniri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Birkenhead FC's Mounaim Meniri got a free kick in the 31st minute. Aylan Bouzid showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ibrahim Rabiâ in the 34th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rafik Nasri to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafik Nasri in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lunis Nekkar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lunis Nekkar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rafik Nasri's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Rafik Nasri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lunis Nekkar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafik Nasri in the 78th minute of play. A collision led to Lindfield United getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Azzad Menia hit a great ball. The audience held their breath when Kylian Sermadji in the 87th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Aylan Bouzid's left hand side. In the 88th match minute, Lindfield United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yacoub Saïb to maneuver through the defense. After 90 minutes of play, Birkenhead FC's Ibrahim Rabiâ made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aylan Bouzid was left in no man's land by his defense there! 95 minutes into the match, Lindfield United's goal looked a bit too open when Abderazak Korteby came free, but Aylan Bouzid reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Birkenhead FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Birkenhead FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
