After a defensive mix-up in Liversedge City's zone, Amayas Harkouk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kylian Beaufort came out of the goal and Amayas Harkouk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 34 minutes into the match, Liversedge City's goal looked a bit too open when Smail Khelaifia came free, but Kylian Beaufort reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lounes Zemirli during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 34th minute, Lounes Zemirli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Smail Khelaifia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Corby United's goalkeeper Amad Lacen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dida Ghazi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Amad Lacen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chams Ramdane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amad Lacen having to interfere. Yidir Rimitti kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

The wind increased when Smail Khelaifia made the kick off in the second half. Younes Boumabadji kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 58th minute Amayas Harkouk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kylian Beaufort saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lounes Zemirli got his second yellow card in the match during the 62nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Corby United booed when Liversedge City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lounes Zemirli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dida Ghazi hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. 66 minutes into the match, Liversedge City's goal looked a bit too open when Smail Khelaifia came free, but Kylian Beaufort reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 67 minutes into the game, Salem Ben Bella was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Liversedge City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Corby United the free kick. Smail Khelaifia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kylian Beaufort having to interfere. Chams Ramdane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Amad Lacen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Chams Ramdane had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amad Lacen. Corby United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chams Ramdane was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Kylian Beaufort made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Smail Khelaifia in the 87th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Smail Khelaifia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Smail Khelaifia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Kylian Beaufort tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Liversedge City eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
