Dida Belghiche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Abdeldjalil Kouidri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bakki Mansouri made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Rami Bedroni sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Dersingham's Bakki Mansouri got control of the ball when Rami Bedroni tried to sneak it across the goal line. Stanway United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fodil Hanoune in the 15th minute. When Mohamed Medjani fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stanway United's protests and gave Mohamed Medjani a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Stanway United getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Mohamed Medjani hit a great ball. After 26 played minutes, Dersingham's Smail Belkacem shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Abdeldjalil Kouidri came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Dersingham reached it. Mehdi Soltani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Abdeldjalil Kouidri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abdellatif Cherrad's late challenge caught a Stanway United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abdellatif Cherrad helped the player get up and apologised. In the 30th minute, Abdellatif Cherrad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fodil Hanoune, 33 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Rami Bedroni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 43rd match minute, Dersingham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Smail Belkacem to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amine Metaref made a kick off. If Mehdi Soltani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Rami Bedroni came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Stanway United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rami Bedroni couldn't finish the play. Dida Belghiche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdeldjalil Kouidri having to interfere. Kader El Kounya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fodil Hanoune hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Rami Bedroni's late challenge caught a Dersingham's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rami Bedroni helped the player get up and apologised. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Dida Belghiche put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Abdeldjalil Kouidri.
